Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy:
All Hands-On Session’s Package Purchases must be used Weekly (or Daily for Happy Mouth®) for the duration of the number of sessions per package, i.e., if you purchase a package of 5 then 5 consecutive weeks of appointments or you may choose appointments closer together, but not to exceed 5 weeks. Note: The Happy Mouth® Package consists of 21 consecutive days.
For all “Remote” Session’s Packages, may be used anytime up to 6, 10 or 12 months, depending on the ‘page package’ you selected, but not to exceed the monthly duration ‘package’ you selected.
There are no refunds on Package Purchases, including Sale Packages or Special Promo Packages. There are no refunds on sessions you have received.
Can I return Digital Products?
No, digital products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Can I cancel my Seminars/Classes?
For in-person classes you can cancel your class registration prior to the start of class and penalties may apply. Bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc., will be deducted from the refunded amount on the customer’s end are not refundable. A refund of a class that has started and been attended by a customer is only possible if the class is cancelled by lunchtime of Day 1 for full day classes or before the second session for online series. An exception for online classes is once you have received the class manual or replay download link there are no refunds. Please note Access Consciousness® classes offered through this site are also subject to the policies of www.accessconsciousness.com.
Can I cancel my Paid Subscriptions?
Yes, you can cancel your subscriptions anytime by logging in to your account and contacting Lorraine Frongillo in writing. Depending on where in the billing cycle you are when you cancel, will determine if you are charged for the next billing cycle. There are no refunds for paid subscriptions.
Can I cancel my Private or Group Sessions, including ‘Massage & Japanese Facials’?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your private or group session prior to the session time; see below for more information:
Cancellations prior to 24 hours before the scheduled session time receive a full refund if paid in advance with cash or check. Bank fees, credit card fees, PayPal fees, etc., will be deducted from the refunded amount on the customer’s end are not refundable.
Cancellations less than 24-hour notice of the scheduled session time are not eligible for refund,
Packages Purchased of 2, 3, 5 or more in quantity are to be used in accordance to the ‘page packages’ you purchased from, i.e., daily, weekly or monthly appointments, depending on the package purchased. There are no refunds for packages, including ‘Sale’ or ‘Special Promo’ packages; there are no refunds for sessions you have received.
